Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return is only possible in case of: damaged/defective item from us or wrong item delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and certificates. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return details and pick up shipping details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There are no fees for return in UAE.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

No exchanges except in case of defect or wrong item delivered.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it's defected or damaged we will send other piece and in case of not avability of the same item we will issue you credit invoice or If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
